College Credit Plus is a program open to 7th through 12th grade students where students may earn college credit and high school credit simultaneously. These meetings will discuss College Credit Plus opportunities for the 2017-2018 school year while also reviewing advantages and disadvantages of the program. Attendance by both students and parents at one of these meetings is mandatory if interested in the program next school year. The law also requires that the school be given written notification of a student’s intent to participate in this program by April 1. Intent to Participate forms can be found in the Northmont Middle School Counseling Center or Northmont High School Counseling Center after February 1.
***Please note that the first Informational Meeting scheduled for February 13, 2017 also coincides with Parent Teacher Conferences. Please plan accordingly.
Current College Credit Plus students/parents during the 2016-2017 school year are not required to attend but still must submit an Intent to Participate form by April 1.
