Parents/Guardians please submit your Free/Reduced Meal Applications over the internet.  Electronic signatures are allowed under the CNRA of 2004.  If you do not have access to a computer, paper applications may be requested.

FOOD ALLERGY POLICY

A copy of our Food Allergy Policy and printable form are available @ www.northmontschools.com.  If your child has a life-threatening food/milk allergy, please have your physician fill out the form and return it to the Food Service Department.
