Enrollment Information


Welcome to Northmont City Schools
Enrollment for the 2017-18 School Year ‚Äč

K-12 NEW Student Enrollment is completed online. Students MUST be residents of the Northmont City School District.

--Online Enrollment does not include Preschool Registration. 

--Students currently attending Northmont, who have moved within the district, should contact the school building.  Do NOT use this online enrollment link.

Follow these steps to complete the Online Enrollment process:

Step 1
After reading ALL instructions, complete the online enrollment forms by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Completion of the enrollment forms will take approximately 20-30 minutes.

Step 2
The online enrollment will conclude with a message to schedule an enrollment appointment. 

Enrollment appointments are required and are located:
Kleptz Early Learning Center (1100 National Road) for students K-6
High School (4916 W. National Road) for students 7-12*
*Any family enrolling multiple children, with at least one child attending 7-12, will have one appointment at the High School.

The following documents are required for the enrollment appointment and missing or incomplete documents will result in a delay of enrollment. 

  • copy of birth certificate

  • TWO (2) proofs of residency** - see below for details

  • immunization records

  • court-stamped custody documents (if applicable)

  • IEP / MFE / 504 Plan (if applicable)

  • Complete Physical (Kindergarten & Grade 1) - click here to download the appropriate physical form


**Proof of residency (TWO required):

If own home:  Current property tax statement or bank escrow papers listing parent/guardian name and address, and a current utility bill (gas, electric, phone, water, or a payroll stub with name and address).  Property tax statements are available for download at Montgomery County Resident:, Miami County Resident:, Darke County Resident:

If renting:  Current lease or rental agreement (with landlord name, address, contact #, and expiration date) and a current utility bill (gas, electric, phone, water, or a payroll stub with name and address).

If temporarily sharing residence:  A notarized Affidavit of Shared Residency must be completed during the enrollment appointment. Additional documentation is required from homeowner.


Step 3

Once you have completed your enrollment appointment and registration has been finalized, you will be contacted by your child’s building with further information.
