Kindergarten Registration - for 2011-2012 students
Kindergarten registration may be done in our school office. Please bring the following with you when you visit to register a new student:
(Copies of these items will be retained by the school):
- copies of the original, certified birth certificate (not a hospital or baptismal certificate)
- proof of custody, if applicable - child’s social security number (optional) - immunization records
- proof of residency (copy of deed or closing documents or escrow papers or lease/rental agreement)
6th Grade Go Cell Crazy!

As a culmination to the 6th grade "Cells" unit, students demonstrated their knowledge of cells in many ways. 3-D models, Jell-O creations, concrete, and edible cells of brownies and cake were used to the delight of hungry classmates. See Photo Gallery for more pictures.
O.R. student wins district spelling bee, moving on to regionals

Sixth grade student Ryan Pullins won the building Scripps Spelling Bee in a close match, competing against students in grades 2 - 6. He then went on to Brookville Intermediate School, where he won the District competition, competing against students in grades 4 - 8. He will now move on to the Regional Competition at Sinclair College on February 25th. Congratulations and Good Luck, Ryan!
Project Duct (duck) Tape
Duck, Duck, Duck, TAPE!! 
On November 18th, students at O.R. duct taped our interim principal, Mr. Johnston, to the gymnasium wall in an effort to raise money to purchase new books for our school library. A grand total of $812 was raised. See photo gallery for more pictures.
Volcanoes Erupt at O.R.
Following a study of volcanoes and what makes them erupt, and learning about Mt. St. Helens before and after it erupted, 4th grade students at O.R. constructed and erupted their own. See Photo Gallery for more pictures.
Principal's Cabinet assists with collection of hats & gloves
O.R. Students, with the assistance of the Principal's Cabinet collected new hats and gloves which were donated to the Community Table and For Love of Children organizations to help needy families.
