MR. DAKIN'S GRADING POLICY. . .
Each project the students participate in will be worth a portion of the quarter's 450 points. The amount of points the students earn will be based entirely on the quality of the work and the effort of the student.
Students also earn up to 450 points each day for participation (maximum of 10 points per day)
Daily points will be lost for:
-being tardy
-not participating
-failing to complete cleanup responsibilities
-abuse of equipment, supplies and/or materials
-class disruption/insubordination
Students will not lose daily points if they are on a field trip, in large group instruction, or for an excused absence.
Students may make up missed points before and after school in the art rooms.
