Mr. Weekley--Principal
| David R. Weekley has been the
Northmont Middle School principal since August, 2002. He has
the overall responsibility for all middle programs. As principal,
he primarily deals with staff, curriculum, Parents Interested
in Education, budget, the school schedule, publicity, discipline
appeals, and many state and local reports. Mr. Weekley has
been a junior high and high school teacher of Spanish and
English, a high school assistant principal and athletic director,
a junior high school principal, an assistant superintendent,
and the education coordinator for Montgomery County Juvenile
Court. He has also been a graduate school instructor at several
local universities, and has conducted numerous educational
workshops and seminars. He is certified in strategic planning.
His bachelor's and master's degrees are from Miami University.
He has done post graduate work at U.D., Xavier U. and U.C.L.A.

Mr. Rowland--Assistant Principal
Ron Rowland has been with Northmont City Schools since August 2005, and at Northmont Midddle School since August 2009. He has the overall responsibility for all middle school athletic programs as well as serving as 8th grade principal. Mr. Rowland has been a junior high and high school teacher of special education and a football coach. He has also served as a high school and middle school assistant principal, all of which was done in the Dayton City School District. He earned his bachelor's degree from Wilmington College and master's degree from The University of Dayton. He has also done post-graduate work through Walden University. |

Mrs. Williamson--Assistant
Principal
| Shannon Williamson began at Northmont in 2005. Before joining the T-BOLTS, Shannon was an intervention specialist and department chairperson at Miamisburg High School and taught math for one year at North College Hill High School. While at Miamisburg, she coached boys’ varsity tennis and girls’ varsity tennis. Shannon did her undergraduate work at Miami University, and received her graduate degree in Educational Administration from the University of Dayton. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, running (she has completed several marathons), reading, and spending time with her family, especially her son, Nathan! |
