Down payment due to get reduced price. |
| November | Financial aid applications sent home to all students who are registered at that time |

World Strides notifies us about number of scholarships. Selection process begins through Teams. Parents of the selected students will receive letter and call from school. |

January 22 |
Last date to register for the trip. No registrations will be accepted after this date. There will be NO EXTENSIONS of this date. |

February |
Roommate assignments made from their Team. |
| February 24 | All money due at this time to World Strides |

March |
Start a "walking program" with your student so he/she will be ready when the trip comes. |
|
April |
Tour/bus groups selected by chaperones in Teams. Begin looking for several handouts coming home. Student meetings held during TARGET about last-minute details. |

May 3 |
Final parent meeting in the auditorium, 7:00 p.m.This is a very important meeting. Many final details about the trip will be discussed. One parent and the student should attend. |

May 7 |
Meeting for entire trip group in auditorium, 8 a.m.--students and chaperones only. |
| May 10 |
Departure from school, 9-9:30 p.m. Details will be sent home about when to arrive and where the buses will be parked for each of the groups. May depart at staggered times to be determined. |

May 11-14 |
Tour Washington |

May 15 |
Return to school in early morning |
