I grew up in Columbus, Ohio. My teaching career started in the small town of Bellevue, Ohio after graduation from BGSU. My family moved to Englewood in 1981 when my husband took a new job. I've been teaching at Northmoor in various capacities since then.

Gene and I have two grown children. Katy and her husband, Mario, live in Springboro with my granddog, Carly. Ben is in the Army and currently training at Ft. Bragg, NC. The times when we can all be together are growing very precious to me.

In my free time you'll find me reading or tending to my flower garden.
