Northmont City Schools will be holding three College Credit Plus Informational Meetings for your convenience as follows:

Tuesday, April 14, 2020, 1:30 p.m.        Northmont Community Auditorium

Thursday, April 16, 2020, 7:30 a.m.        Northmont Community Auditorium

College Credit Plus is a program open to 7th through 12th grade students where students may earn college credit and high school credit simultaneously.  These meetings will discuss College Credit Plus opportunities for the 2020-2021 school year while also reviewing advantages and disadvantages of the program.  Attendance by both students and parents at one of these meetings is mandatory if interested in the program next school year.  The law also requires that the school be given written notification of a student’s intent to participate in this program by April 1.

With the recent decision of Governor DeWine to close all schools in the state of Ohio due to COVID-19, Intent to Participate forms will now be accepted through Tuesday, April 7 (students' first scheduled day to return).  If the closure of Ohio schools extends longer, due dates and deadlines will be adjusted.  Thank you for your understanding during these uncertain times.

Current College Credit Plus students/parents during the 2019-2020 school year are not required to attend but still must submit an Intent to Participate form by April 1.
