I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology in Early Childhood Development with a specialization in Early Intervention. After graduation, I worked with the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities from 2005-2012 as an Early Intervention Specialist working with toddlers who had special needs and disabilities. I was laid off at that time and decided to go back to school to get my degree in Speech Pathology. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 with a Masters of Arts in Communication Science and Disorders. After graduation, I spent a year working in rehabilitation at a nursing home in the Dayton area. I began working in the Northmont District in the 2016-17 school year. As an alumnus of Northmont, I am very excited to continue representing Northmont Pride as a faculty member.
