Over 1.5 million junior students took the 2019 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, otherwise known as the PSAT/NMSQT, a nationwide competition for recognition and awards conducted by National Merit Scholarship Corporation and The College Board.  The top 2.5% of test takers who identified as African American, Hispanic American or Latinx, Indigenous, attend school in a rural area, or are from a small town were extended an invitation to submit an application this past spring and were evaluated accordingly.  Congratulations to both Alexis Boykin and Amarachukwu Nwanoro, Class of 2021, who were identified as an African American Scholar based on their exceptional performance on the 2019 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).  We are T-Bolt proud!
